This is what kind of business ASOS is running. I have ordered REISS boots from ASOS and this is what I have received. Beaten up, ripped, dirty boots covered in dog hair. And as I am highly allergic to dog hair I have developed face rash. Horrible service that endangered my life. And customer service just answered me to send the boots back! I will have to pay more for sending them back than the original price of the boots so they can send them to another victim customer.
They will not give you your money back for packages lost in delivery. They'll spin it on you, claim that they'll investigate and hold up a refund for weeks. Constantly say, "please allow more time for delivery" (mind you-I've sent over 25 emails and months have passed-no phone # btw) until you finally give up and let them keep the money. If you buy something at ASOS, it's a huge risk as you'll likely lose your money. I'm not the only person. Check the other reviews.

Terrible customer services. They sent me wrong items and refused to refund. I really thought I could try to keep them without returning but they are size UK20 while I am just size UK4!!! So I asked them for refund without returns (because I am living overseas and it’s so expensive and troublesome for international shipment in the country Im living). I thought they would be flexible and it also states in their returns policy that customers can ask for refund without returns. They told me they couldn’t refund if I didn’t return the wrong items. Then I asked them if they could issue a promo code or voucher equivalent to the refund or they could just pay me back half of my money without needing me to returning. They said they just could issue me a promo code for 10% discount for my next order. I usually shop online and sometimes receive wrong items from those stores but never did they ask me to return for the refund (although they also have returns policy). I was very disappointed with ASOS and not happy with their CS at all. I had to place the same order and spent a long time chatting with a useless and unhelpful CS staff today. What a waste of time and money.
The customer care service is really fast and I did not have to wait any longer than a few seconds the staff member I spoke to was really kind and helped me straight away

Never allow Hermes to deliver. They waste your time… saying they’ve attempted delivery when they haven’t
I've confirmed student email address but there is no promo code for student discount sent even though it said the code will be sent to my private email. Not only that, I've checked under ASOS AUS website there is different promo codes for different purposes and under NZ ASOS website there is NO promo codes given which is very unfair. I'm based in NZ and have just did my first purchase and was wondering to use my student discount or first-timer promo code however there is NONE that I can use and this is super frustrating and disappointing. I hope this can be improve and looked into.

Pay for same day deliver - 2 days later nothing arrived after receiving a message it will be delivered and it did not show
Very helpful! Regyn sorted my issue out very quickly. First time I’ve had a return reach the warehouse at nearly 10 working days. But I was reassured it was there and this was very helpful.

The response in the live chat was quick but I returned an item that was processed on May 11 and I have not received my refund.
Great service and customer care once you find the live chat.

Their products are good. I have been buying from them for a long time. What you see is what you get.

Their products are a hit and miss. That is why people have to return items. The color could be off from the picture, sizing odd, but then other items perfect. ASOS also makes several mistakes! They do not take responsibility.

In my experience, I have ordered three times off of Asos, and all three times my order was extremely late (by up to a month), they have apologised and guaranteed it won't happen again every time but it always does.

The bad reviews are driven by poor ordering processes. If you try to correct an ordering mistake within less than a minute of hitting "pay now," they won't allow it. Accidentally fudged my address, now it's going to a different state.
